تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع الجمل ماركت ("نحن") المعلومات ويستخدمها ويحميها عند استخدامك لتطبيق الجمل ماركت وموقع aljamalmarket.com.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة بشكل مشفّر).
- عناوين التوصيل والموقع: العناوين التي تحفظها، والموقع الدقيق فقط عندما تختار تحديد موقعك على الخريطة أو استخدام موقعك الحالي أثناء استخدام التطبيق. لا نصل إلى موقعك في الخلفية.
- الطلبات: المنتجات، المبالغ، سجل الطلبات وملاحظات التوصيل.
- الكاميرا: تُستخدم فقط لمسح الباركود على جهازك. لا نحفظ الصور ولا نرسلها.
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- بيانات الاستخدام والأعطال: معلومات الجهاز، تفاعلات التطبيق، تقارير الأعطال ومعرّف الإعلانات لأغراض التحليل فقط (Firebase Analytics وCrashlytics).
كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- تنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- إدارة حسابك وتقديم الدعم.
- إرسال إشعارات عن حالة الطلب والعروض (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز).
- تحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال وحماية الخدمة من الاحتيال.
مشاركة المعلومات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات في التطبيق. نشارك البيانات فقط مع: مندوبي التوصيل (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان) لتوصيل طلبك؛ مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يعملون لصالحنا مثل Google Firebase وOdoo لاستضافة النظام؛ والجهات الرسمية عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.
الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) والوصول إليها محصور بالموظفين المخوّلين. نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال، ونحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
حقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على معلوماتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Al Jamal Market ("we") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Al Jamal Market app and the aljamalmarket.com website.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, phone number, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Delivery addresses and location: the addresses you save, and your precise location only when you choose to pin it on the map or use your current location while the app is open. We do not access your location in the background.
- Orders: products, amounts, order history and delivery notes.
- Camera: used only to scan barcodes on your device. We do not store or upload images.
- Notifications: a device token used to send order notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Usage and crash data: device information, app interactions, crash reports and the advertising ID, used for analytics only (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics).
How we use information
- To process, deliver and communicate about your orders.
- To manage your account and provide support.
- To send order status and offer notifications (you can turn them off in your device settings).
- To improve the app, fix crashes and protect the service against fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and the app shows no ads. We share data only with: delivery staff (name, phone, address) to deliver your order; service providers acting for us, such as Google Firebase and Odoo for hosting; and authorities when required by law.
Security and retention
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep your data while your account is active, and keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can view and edit your information in the app and delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post any change on this page with the update date.
