حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في تطبيق الجمل ماركت في أي وقت بإحدى الطريقتين:

1. من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق الجمل ماركت وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اضغط على تبويب الإعدادات.
  3. اختر تسجيل الدخول والأمان.
  4. اختر حذف الحساب.
  5. أكّد الحذف.

2. عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] بعنوان "حذف حسابي" من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل، أو اذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل في الحساب. نعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

ما الذي يُحذف

معلومات الحساب (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني)، العناوين المحفوظة، المفضّلة، السلة ورمز الإشعارات.

ما الذي نحتفظ به

نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير فقط للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية، ثم تُحذف. قد تبقى بيانات تحليلية مجهولة الهوية لا تدلّ عليك.

Delete your account

You can delete your Al Jamal Market account at any time in one of two ways:

1. In the app

  1. Open the Al Jamal Market app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings tab.
  3. Choose Login & security.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

2. By email

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email, or include the phone number on your account. We process requests within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your account details (name, phone, email), saved addresses, favourites, cart and notification token.

What we keep

We keep order and invoice records only for as long as accounting and tax laws require, then delete them. Anonymous analytics data that cannot identify you may remain.
